Before You Order
Because all items are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We recommend reviewing product details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected due to an error on our end, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. From there, we’ll arrange either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
Order Changes
We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. Once your item has entered production, we’re unable to make changes or offer refunds.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, this may take 5–10 business days to appear.
