Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. Requests to modify or cancel must be made immediately after purchase. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping
Orders are processed within standard production timeframes before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and demand. EllieMD is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control or for incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
